  • Provides administrative/clerical support to Talent Advisor (Consultant)
  • Enters information in both the Applicant Tracking System, including closing employee requisitions, validating all information is complete and entering new employee information in the HR/Payroll system
  • Completes credential verification with primary source, as well as, validates professional/specialty practice certifications prior to candidate interviews
  • Initiates and coordinates all aspects of post selection process including substance abuse screening, background checking, employment verifications, references and verifies life support credentials relative to job requirements
  • Ensures that required documentation arising from the on boarding process is completed including but not limited to: I-9 documentation, arbitration agreements, meal period waivers and alternative work schedule agreements
