Act as an advisor/coach to Recruiting Managers and other branch-based staff in relation to recruiting and order fulfillment processes. Demonstrate an interest in the temporary staffing industry and the use of technology as it impacts the overall strategy and objectives of the company
  • Military experience or experience recruiting military applicants preferred
  • Bilingual language skills preferred (English/Spanish)
  • Kenexa Brassring and Onboarding (ATS) systems, PRISM, MS outlook, MS Word and Excel, web-based programs such as WorkAlert and JobStack, and job posting websites
  • 2 years recruiting experience required
