  • Maintains the hiring system with a high level of integrity and accuracy
  • Ensures adherence to compliant recruiting and hiring practices in all transactions
  • Manages third-party partnerships
  • Manages and owns region recruitment budget
  • Extensive experience in recruitment ideally from agency or in-house recruitment
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the recruitment process and successfully manage challenging assignments
  • Demonstrated success in use of direct sourcing and social media such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, Twitter to drive company branding and develop candidate pipelines
  • Comprehensive behavioral based interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Utilization of professional network and market intelligence to tap into top talent
  • Proven track record of strong team leadership skills
  • Able to look strategically at implementing new procedures and providing support and training to other staff members
  • Ability to strategically drive Talent Acquisition into the future
  • Technical capabilities: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database systems, applicant tracking systems (Taleo/ Success Factors)
  • Knowledge of the key employment law issues in recruitment
