  • Ensure compliance with Massachusetts regulatory mandates and directives relating to energy efficiency programs in the commercial and industrial sector
  • Measure, track and report on the effectiveness of the CI energy efficiency program
  • Represent the Company and customer interests in statewide energy efficiency activities and programs
  • Perform other duties related to CI EE programs as needed
  • Support department director in energy efficiency activities
  • Degree in civil or mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • Competent in MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to learn and operate custom application computer software
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work with individuals and organizations
  • Ability to travel to customer sites
  • Ability to balance independent and team work environments
