  • Clear understanding of Contact Centre Technology, including VOIP, Digital Servicing (Social Media, Web chat etc.), Call Routing, Speech Technology, IVR and Voice Biometrics
  • Understanding the application of project management methodologies and technique and familiarity with Six Sigma/ Lean Methodologies, including DMAIC and Green Belt (preferable)
