  • Perform emerging trend analysis and critical research regarding content and training programs to determine required updates for the team to address, partnering with Process Owners, Business Process Trainers, WWO Quality team and Learning & Development as needed
  • Interact regularly with internal stakeholders such as Process Owners, WWO Leaders, Learning & Development, HR and other functional areas to ensure operational activities are meeting overall business expectations
  • Determine and develop departmental strategies to maximize performance and drive superior results
  • Provide ongoing advice and coaching to the associates responsible for supporting the content and training needs of WWO
  • Stay current on insurance business trends and developments within functional area of expertise
  • In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, products, practices and operations
  • In-depth knowledge of adult learning concepts, instructional design, curriculum development, content management and training delivery products, practices and operations
  • Uses metrics and information analysis to drive the improvement of operational processes, accessing technology resources as needed
