  • Lead Inside Sales function strategy and execution
  • Oversee implementation and maintenance of eCommerce model
  • Assist sales team to drive operational logistics including optimizing resource allocation across teams, measuring progress against sales goals, and assisting in key sales management meetings
  • Oversee Sales TEOA which is focused on the reconciliation, development and tracking of key performance metrics in order to enhance analytics and improve the decision making process
  • Work with functional partners (Finance, HR, Operations, Technology, or other Business Unit or Corporate) to ensure successful execution of key projects, while continually identifying opportunities for ongoing program improvements and enhancements
  • Help identify opportunities to improve sales team efficiencies, and lead efforts to scale best practices across regions
  • Develop, manage and report on key revenue and pipeline metrics
  • Oversee sale training programs by leveraging external and internal training and sales leadership resources; coordinate with HR to ensure both talent and organizational development priorities are being met
  • Support sales integration of any acquisitions
  • Bachelor’s degree required with an MBA strong preferred
  • 10+ years of experience working with some combination of sales, sales operations, sales effectiveness, finance, operations, continuous improvement, pricing and/or project management
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities
  • Desire to drive key projects through to completion, meet critical deadlines, and track progress constantly
