  • Investigating allegations of sales misconduct across all Citizens Bank business lines, while also managing and directing daily operations of sales misconduct investigations across the corporate footprint, to include but not limited to; the assignment of cases, coordinating resources and ensuring procedures are followed

  • Engaging in regular communications with Employee Relations, Ethics Office and Chief Conduct Officer on behalf of Corporate Security and Resilience on investigative matters and results related to sales misconduct allegations. The Senior Sales Conduct Investigator will often lead incident calls and serve as the coordinator of any higher profile or sensitive sales conduct investigation
  • Interacting with industry peers on best practices and the topic of sales misconduct investigations & related activity.Generating awareness campaigns related to sales misconduct events, activity or behaviors; for purposes of influencing adherence to policy, code of conduct and overall positive customer experiences
  • 5 or moreyears of experience in loss prevention, fraud, risk management, banking operations or investigations activity
  • Subject Matter Expert knowledge of fundamental bank operations
  • Subject Matter Expert knowledge of fundamentalinvestigative techniques
  • Experience leading and managing a team of individual contributors
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated writing skills
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Subject Matter Expert knowledge of internal bank systems (TSYS, BIC, EASI, MAINFRAME, CONTENT CLIENT MANAGER, VIDCENTER) preferred
