  • Pulling customer credit bureau reports and requesting trade references to aid in credit decisioning
  • Initiating the workflow process to administer credit review decisions, credit approvals and credit limits
  • Reviewing and appropriately escalating credit monitoring alerts
  • Entering new account information into the source ERP system and verifying the accuracy of the data
  • Updating credit and data related changes to existing accounts
  • Scanning, uploading, tracking and maintaining credit documents on the customer account
  • Providing timely customer service for calls, emails and questions regarding the status of customer credit applications and new accounts
  • Notifying the appropriate team members of pre-credit exceptions and/or missing information preventing applications from advancing through the credit process

  • Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance with 3 – 5 years’ related experience (preferred) Or High School diploma or general education degree (GED) with 5 –7 years’ related experience (required)
