  • Schedule, track and report all source selections in real time (using existing Government provided Government Manager Metric Database tool) and provide status reports as required to support the Government's management of the activities at the ACE, Chantilly, VA and other ACE locations
  • Track, monitor, and periodically report on ACE performance trends and performance improvement opportunities identified in the ACE Survey and Feedback Process
  • Provide general support to include course registration, scheduling, training room setup, and student tracking. Update student information in NROU training and education database as needed
  • Provide professional ACE Front Desk support in the Chantilly facility lobby during core business hours from 0700 to 1700. Verify customer access to the ACE facility and provide badging assistance as required. Provide customer inquiry and directory services

Coordinate additional decision support, if necessary
  • Shall support the ongoing evaluation of proposals.
