  • Understand, and fairly apply: BMR Housekeeping auditing and inspection program, sequence of service, Health and Safety program, Guest damage reporting program, and all departmental policies and procedures
  • Must be a current employee at BMR. Must have good quality and productivity as well as an enthusiastic, positive attitude
  • Using a motivational approach, must have a proven ability to coach, develop, mentor and recognize employees
  • Minimum of 2 years previous customer service experience
  • Intermediate computer knowledge, MS Office required; knowledge of Property Management software an asset
  • MUST have ‘G’ class licence and be 21 years of age or older
  • Must work well with limited supervision
  • High School diploma or equivalent; College or University an asset
