  • NAM Market PM and/or Change Manager inform GDC PM as required that the Account team has been engaged to escalate/resolve issues related to optional CR's that could be deemed non-critical

  • GDC PM monitors, daily, the mass upload from IFM to update the Pre-Con submission date to TMO MS in IPM
