The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for being a liaison between the employees, payments, and the Payroll Office. This is such an important role to ensure that employees are being paid timely and accurately since the Payroll Office handles all backend requests and the employees need to be paid correctly. Being a liaison requires a lot of clerical work including processing entries such as hiring, budget number changes, leave of absence changes and separations.
