  • Proven track record in setting the vision and strategy for Organizational Development and/or Talent Management (which is aligned to the corporate vision and strategy) and aligning the management team behind it. Proven track record of results against those strategies
  • Proven track-record in driving and managing change, resulting in greater efficiency and effectiveness
  • Strong team player with the proven ability to work in a cross-functional organization
  • Experience in the retail industry a plus
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Master of Science Degree, Organizational Development, or related fields; and
  • 7+ years’ experience in leading organizational development and/or Talent Management; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Directly supervises the work of the Manager of Instructional Design and Training
  • Directly supervises the work of Organizational Development specialists (specialists, analysts, designers, consultants)
