  • Familiarity with Campus Solution, PeopleSoft or comparable relational data management systems
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise within higher education and extended university enrollment and registration systems and services
  • Knowledge of hardware and software products used in Enrollment and Registration systems
  • Ability to create, write, and communicate CEL policies and procedures as well as interpret CSU and SFSU policies
  • Experience in operations and systems analysis, statistical methods, and the ability to interpret and evaluate results
  • Ability to understand problems from a broad, interactive perspective and discern underlying principles to and develop strategic solutions
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply expertise to complex programs and/or administrative specialties, including pertinent laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of the principles, problems, and methods of business in the public or private sector
