A minimum of 2 years of experience using virtualization technologies is preferred
Independent judgment and technical problem solving, decision-making strength is preferred
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills are preferred

Prior experience in supporting global operations is preferred and following enterprise level process frameworks is required
