Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, support contracts, negotiate SLAs
Prior experience effectively leading and managing collaborative, cross-functional relationships
Demonstrated change leadership skills (i.e., ability to effectively manage communication, negotiate successful outcomes, identify risks, engage correct stakeholders, etc.)
Ability to build relationships with customers and discern what’s critical to them
The ability to generate ideas for how software tools can make our customers more successful
Excellent written communication and presentation skills
BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field desired
ITIL/ITSM foundation certified a plus
