  • Work with trainers to maintain and update application specific training curriculum and materials
  • Complete specific team task activities which will extend to other software
  • Participate in the on-call team schedule and respond to critical issues within the defined time period
  • Assist in researching new capabilities within Workday using Workday Community
  • Manage Workday major releases, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities associated with new release, and communicating appropriately
  • Certification in Workday
  • College degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Must be willing to live within a commutable distance or willing to relocate to customer site
  • Team player with the willingness/ability to work in a collaborative environment
