Vendor Relationship Management and Third party oversight (TPO) & governance
Manage Risk & Controls for the environment
Integrate Vendor applications with JPMC systems
Periodically review Application Controls Assessment (ACA) and conduct Application Risk & Impact Analysis
Periodically review application backup strategy, change management, and data access strategy
Review capacity, conduct performance tests, and perform sustained resiliency (moving application between data centers every quarter)
Maintain software currency - perform vendor software upgrades while minimizing impacts to the application team
Manage Technology Refreshes of Operating Systems (UNIX and Windows), Database servers, Citrix, JVMs, Webservers
Evaluate vendor softwares and conduct PoCs (proof of concepts) of new functionalities
Partner with LoB CDO to advance the quality, security, and efficiency of application development through innovation, best practices, and LoB-wide standards
Experience in UNIX/Linux and scripting, SSH/SFTP, sFTP, HTTPS, Oracle, SQL, Windows and Citrix
Experience with monitoring tools such as Wily, Splunk, and/or Tivoli
Experience with Jira
Experience in agile development practices
Desire to learn and support Vendor products
Strong understanding of SDLC and risk averse
Experience with Tomcat
Experience at developing systems metrics and stability reporting
Experience with Ctrl-M or other job schedulers is a plus
Experience with Cloud technologies is a plus
Ab Initio experience a plus
Understanding of Web Services and MQ series is a plus
