  • Understand the complete ecosystem of IT work which includes but is not limited to ideas, projects, programs, standard work, finance, staffing, and related processes
  • Demonstrate leadership through effective decision-making, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Leverage strong analytical skills and understanding of value and risk identification concepts and techniques to form portfolio recommendations accordingly
  • Maintain the portfolio on behalf of IT and serve as the lead interface to all stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years IT Portfolio/Project Management experience
  • Prior technical experience and the ability to perform comprehensive data analysis preferred
  • Prior experience with process development, change management, and/or continuous improvement activities
  • Understanding of project, portfolio, and resource management tools and how they are leveraged
