  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, project management, construction management, or a closely related field
  • 10+ years of experience leading complex construction projects and the internal and external team’s that deliver them in a relevant industry
  • Five (5) years of increasingly responsible professional experience in contract management or project management with significant experience in managing complex capital improvement projects
  • The most competitive candidates will have a background in architecture and/or direct experience in construction administration and completing proposal and bid documents for capital projects, and leading a diverse project team
  • Experience in a project management capacity for facility design and development is necessary, registration as a licensed architect is desired
