  • Facilitate the management of key business and customer relationships, with the ability to negotiate potential new business opportunities for the company, which are consistent with our short and long term objectives

  • An ability to lead and influence people utilizing strategic thinking and coaching
  • Willingness to travel up to >60% (Min 3 days per week in the field with sales reps)
  • Understanding of IVD customers’ business (microbiology and immunoassays) that results in win-win solutions
