  • Excellent administrative skills and the ability to organize, implement, supervise, and follow through on projects required
  • Experience with computer databases, web technologies, CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Recruiting or event planning experience
  • Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment, project a professional demeanor, and proactively identify and resolve potential problems and discrepancies
  • Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills
  • Ability to address customer concerns with the highest level of courtesy and respect, with an attention towards timely customer satisfaction and consistency with existing office policies
  • Familiarity with spreadsheet software
  • Experience in a law school or other higher education environment preferred
  • Experience supervising one or more individuals preferred
  • Ability to travel and attend programs in the evenings and weekends as necessary
  • Understanding of the law school and/or legal market highly desirable
  • Proven ability to develop working relationships across functional lines
  • MA/MS in relevant subject or JD degree
  • Familiarity with Symplicity and/or database software
