  • Performs file maintenance of Bills of Materials BOM's, part drawings, Change Orders, process alerts and other customer documents using a PLM system and SAP
  • Member of project teams ensures projects are in compliance with document control policies and procedures; creates and maintains the Design History Record and Device Master Record in PLM
  • Ensures data accuracy and completeness of documentation including logs, reports, and distribution
  • Maintains and tracks product configuration and manufacturing/customer requirements
  • Facilitates the interface, including the use of the configuration review board, between program manager, engineering, manufacturing and materials to ensure appropriate changes are documented
  • Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems
  • Use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards
  • REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION
  • Bachelor Degree required
  • 2-4 yrs exp in documentation management with Bachelors degree
  • 0-2 yrs experience in documentation management with Masters degree required
  • Strong interpersonal communication skill
  • Office Skills: telephones, word processing, data entry, spreadsheet (PC), ERP software, and database systems
  • High capacity to multi-task
  • Energized and self-actuated
  • PC literate; and,
