Contributes to planning, conducting, and debriefing regular business continuity and disaster recovery exercises to test the adequacy of existing plans and strategies, updates procedures and plans regularly. Acts as a coordinator for continuity efforts after a disruption event

Participates in BCP business impact analysis (BIA), risk assessment, plan documentation, BCP / DR test exercise and scenario facilitation
Coordinates BCP disaster recovery (DR) testing and test issues follow-up, as lifecycle activities
Coordinates emergency response processes and teams, including required trainings
Contributes to the development of reporting results to the Board of Directors and Senior Management, per the corporate governance process as established by the company
Keeps current with FFIEC, and SEC regulatory and industry guidance and requirements, trends and technological innovations in the banking and IT industry, and make recommendations. Maintain knowledge and awareness of financial industry technical status, trends, and regulatory requirements
Develops status information for relevant company leadership and internal governance committees, etc. Supports special projects. Prepares reports for the Board of Directors and Senior Management. Responds to audit requests and to other concerned parties
Mentors and coaches colleagues involved in BCP and DR. Reviews deliverables for accuracy and mentoring. Ensures project completion on time and within budget
