Maintain awareness of supplier assessment progress and escalate issues to management team
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex data integrity issues
  • Develop and document Hiperos software test plans including test scripts for updates, changes or modifications
  • Train Bank staff (e.g., supplier sponsors) on the importance of supplier risk management, the supplier risk assessment process and usage of the Hiperos tool. Proactively review operations metrics including SLAs and risk ratings; escalate as appropriate
  • Create and maintain supplier risk management policies and procedures
  • Generate reports that will accurately monitor supplier risk assessment progress. Provide updates to senior management
  • Engage across department level to recognize process efficiencies and promote improvements
  • Works with vendors to drive adherence to third party risk management process for all business lines across the organization
  • Experience in training staff
  • Basic contract management experience which includes reviewing contracts, understanding basic terms and general contract language
