  • Prepare and present to Head of Commercial Real Estate approval recommendations related to budgets, leases, capital upgrades, loan modifications and workouts
  • Develop investment models to support major lease, sales, or refinancing strategies
  • Review quarterly financial and monitor investment performance
  • Provide quarterly reporting to investors comparing asset performance to budget and acquisition underwriting
  • Manage various internal/external resources and consultants (leasing brokers, property management, attorneys, construction.)
  • Source and analyze market research, undertake “deep dive” research on select properties/markets
  • Develop strong relationships with various real estate professional to identify market and asset trends to ensure asset performs in the top tier of the competitive set
