  • Must be motivated, organized, have affective communications skill to all organization levels, be team oriented, able toinfluence, have sound negotiation skills, and work with minimal supervision
  • Must have the ability to meet deadlines while providing high quality work output
  • Must have experience working on various types of government contracts (Fixed Price/Cost Plus) and Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field of study
  • Novice knowledge of project control: FAR standards, budgeting, pricing, BOE development and auditing, and CPI/SPI analysis
