  • Provides oversight and support to project teams in development and implementation of employee CoSA events and business conferences
  • Performs all other tasks as assigned
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience as a leader of a matrixed team
  • Strong communication skills to include preparing information for all levels of management, up to and including Board of Directors
  • Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to synthesize succinct reports from disparate sources
  • Knowledge and familiarity with technical operations
  • Detail oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated strengths in business acumen related to processes, finances, and communications
