  • Work with internal and external stakeholders in a manner that positively engages their support using problem solving, persuasion and proactive communication skills
  • Will act as a MEV Control Manager to ensure the department is in adherence with all Card Service operating policies
  • Consistent coaching and development of MEV team members
  • The primary role is to perform reviews to validate accuracy of marketing collateral (to include print, internet and e-mail) associated with campaigns and programs with a focus in the digital media space
  • Works closely with clients and with other system groups to understand business requirements and validation through implementation
  • Actively participating in cross-functional discussions to review the impact of process changes from both internal and external interfaces ensuring operational risks and quality standards are accurately satisfied
  • Identify areas for improving quality, efficiency, speed to market, and lead internal initiatives for the creation of creative solutions for improvement including operational changes and system automation
  • Performs root cause analysis to identify and recommend issue resolution approaches
  • Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the customer from the business and technical perspective
  • Possess thorough technical and operational knowledge within the QA area of responsibility,
  • Recommend solutions to ensure standardization of process, which may require ingenuity and creativity
  • Communicate progress toward daily and weekly deliverables
  • Assist business managers and technical support staff in identifying and resolving defects
  • Identify, recommend changes to established practices and policies
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence across the organization
