  • Formulates, communicates, and implements an integrated capture strategy that provides a clear and defensible justification for selecting Conduent for award against competition
  • Oversees development of all proposal volumes including the cost volume; leads the Price to Win analysis and leads the cost and price development sessions
  • Oversees development and execution of color review teams
  • Oversees execution of all oral presentations
  • Works closely with functional departments (e.g., Contracts, Pricing, Finance, HR, etc.) to assure an integrated approach
  • Have a minimum five years of experience in Capture Management and Business Development
  • Must understand state, city and local government budget cycles, procurement and buying practices
  • Possesses industry knowledge related to one or more of the following in state and local government: healthcare eligibility, transaction processing, business process outsourcing, information technology, and/or transportation solutions
  • Consistent capture experience with pursuits over $20M
  • Strong ability to manage multiple subcontractors and partners throughout the bidding process
  • Five years of experience in roles of Capture, Business Development or Solutions/Services Sales in the government marketplace
  • Proven record of winning multi-million dollar government contracts
  • Three to five years of experience in outsourced solutions/services environments
  • Motivated, innovative leader, able to drive others to reach consensus and collaboration
  • Strong skills and experience building mutually beneficial relationships with customers, end-users, and teaming partners, as well as internal organizations and personnel
  • Experience and familiarity with best practices of capture planning and proposal development and management
  • Experience with project implementation and operations are highly desirable
  • Excellent personal presentation skills with the ability to persuasively present and represent Conduent business capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact effectively with senior levels of internal and external organizations
  • Familiar with business-related mathematics and metrics
  • Proficient with current versions of the Microsoft Office Suite of software
  • Familiarity with MS Project
