  • Will be expected to manage case managers in Southern and Northern NV; team of 15
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or RN with an unrestricted, active applicable NV state license
  • 1 year+ Case management experience
  • 2 years+ Behavioral / mental / substance abuse background
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, etc
  • Manages and is accountable for professional employees and / or supervisors
  • Knowledge of case management concepts, standards and alternative delivery systems. Knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements, as well as certification requirements
  • Knowledge of Medicaid insurance
  • Strong interpersonal, organization, written and oral communication skills
  • Computer literate and database familiarity
  • Ability to manage conflict with strong problem resolution skills
  • Ability to build therapeutic relationships
