  • Collaborates with key team members to ensure solution meets requirements and gain an understanding of the context and impact of the solutions to the business operations

  • Minimum of 5- 7 years of experience in data analytics, process optimization, or business analyst capacities with progressive responsibilities
  • Understanding of basic accounting and finance principles preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience required. PMP Preferred
  • Previous experience with HRIS systems and ancillary technologies required
  • Understanding of Schema Design and Data Modeling concepts
  • Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and creatively
  • Previous experience acting as liaison between operations and technical functions ensuring proper documentation of systems functions and capabilities and facilitating the training of staff
