  • Manage resources to deliver assigned project tasks to CTS customers to achieve agreed service levels
  • Consult, recommend, document and implement policies and standards relating to the Computershare network and server environment and ensures adherence to security procedures
  • Apply strong project management skills to manage the deployment teams activities
  • Maintain contact with external vendors in order to keep current with technology progress, roadmaps and overall direction of technology used, or to be used, in Computershare
  • Participating in operational strategic planning and decision making
  • Providing technical assistance and knowledge as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Server and Active Directory, VMware and various other products (including Network)
  • Mentoring other members of the Delivery Team to achieve innovative, efficient and effective delivery of Server and Network product technology services to our internal and external customers
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a technical team
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies including Server or Network technologies, Virtualisation and Backup technologies
  • Experience adhering to auditing compliance standards
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and conflicting deadlines
  • Proven skills in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and clients
  • Methodical and structured approach to problem resolution
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required
  • Tertiary qualifications in technology preferred but not mandatory
  • Exposure to Cloud and Linux environments would be advantageous
  • Experience working with Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management processes
