  • Responsible for organizing co-writing sessions, obtaining and submission of songs & split information for various writers signed out of the west coast
  • Arrange music supervisors showcases and album launch parties to introduce clients to new artists and music
  • Book travel and lodging arrangements
  • Manage music files (digital and physical), including organization of submissions
  • Pull radio and sales reports weekly to monitor artists and songs
  • Assist in seeking new talent for the possible publishing deals via industry contacts, scouting internet sites and attend shows if necessary
  • Schedule appointments, reservations, etc
  • Maintain Writers info up to date for demo billing
  • Maintain writers discography's
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned

  • Ability to handle high volume of transactions and interact with various departments
  • Ability to consistently work under pressure in a professional manor; excellent problem solver
  • Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of employees including Sr. Management and Artists/Writers
  • Must have experience with music files and libraries (itunes, mp3 files, ect.)
  • Must stay up to date with current music industry trends
  • Extremely proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
