- 4+ years of financial services industry experience
- Bilingual preferred- Fluency in English and Portuguese or Spanish
- Excellent client service skills, strong PC skills (MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, Access a plus)
- A proven ability to learn new processes and introduce changes
