  • Analyze configuration issues and develop appropriate resolutions and action items
  • Conduct orientations and trainings for new hires within the Payroll & Benefits team
  • Conduct functional testing, develop test scripts and seed data, plus oversee the test environment for Canada
  • Develop and maintain the necessary documentation and tools to support the usage of the Payroll and its interdependent systems
  • Work with management in Canada and the US HO to analyze the business processes, workflows and training material for improvement opportunities and when needed, help define the operational impact of proposed modifications
