  • Liaise with the vendor (Ultimate Software) implementation teams in conducting configuration meetings and maintaining project schedule related to the Canadian payroll functionality
  • Analyze configuration issues and develop appropriate resolutions and action items
  • Conduct orientations and trainings for new hires within the Payroll & Benefits team
  • Conduct functional testing, develop test scripts and seed data, plus oversee the test environment for Canada
  • Develop and maintain the necessary documentation and tools to support the usage of the Payroll and its interdependent systems
