Reviews and analyzes the contractual approach of FMS Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs), including Amendments, Modifications, and Notices
Performs analysis of the expenditure of funds committed to FMS LOAs through any means available to include when received, the MODA 1 report, U.S. Government presented data, and the DD Form 645, FMS Billing Statements
Provides accurate inputs and advice to assist the RSLFAC participation in FMS Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and In-Process Reviews (IPRs)
