  • Bachelor's degree in English or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Six to eight (6-8) years of experience with systems documentation
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
  • Experience creating user guides and administrator guides from scratch, working with technical teams in real time
  • Experience with structured authoring and topic-based writing
  • Familiarity with DITA is a plus
