  • Experience in TS16949 standards and facilitating continuous improvement using formal quality methodology and tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to effectively work with cross functional groups
  • The ability to fluently speak and write in both Mandarin Chinese and English
