  • Engineering education as evidenced by a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, or an equivalent certificate, from a recognized technical school of collegiate grade. This degree, or the equivalent certificate, must be in a field applicable to some phase of the engineering activities of the Company
  • Grade III: Must have had sufficient work experience to perform the work and assume the responsibilities of this grade with a degree of proficiency
  • Grade IV: Must have demonstrated, during experience in the lower rating of Engineer Grade III, capabilities not normally developed in less than seven years' service in such rating, for performing the complex and diversified work activities of this grade with a high degree of proficiency and responsibility
