  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require a U.S. Security Clearance within one (1) year of start date
  • Minimum of eight (8) years experience in a large, program oriented business
  • Flexibility and patience, along with tenacity (with the ability to balance with appropriate adaptability)
  • Solid understanding of Raytheon (and LSIC) business and IT tools and processes
  • Experience as a program manager and/or functional leader for a defense company
  • Experience as an IT professional
  • Experience and knowledge of: SAP/BW, Kinaxis, Tableau, BOBJ experience
  • BS/BA in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
