  • Drive US NPD Development and Strengthen US Innovation Category Pipeline
  • Partner with brand teams, I&D and GCBU’s to create robust 5 year pipelines covering all key brands in the business unit that deliver business objectives for North America

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 7 years of marketing experience in a consumer oriented business or an MBA/Master's Degree with 5 years of marketing experience in a consumer oriented business
  • Candidate will have strong commercial understanding of US business environment as well as tangible success in innovation work
  • Candidate will have firm understanding and experience with scoping/starting and aligning new initiatives, understanding/mining and applying consumer insights, consumer co-creation and design thinking concepts, concept writing, innovation theories, tools and techniques, as well as the ability to translate these practices into meaningful innovation results through the implementation stage
  • Candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent strategic, project management, partnering, and strong communication skills
