  • Work with country managers, regional sales resources, and marketing product managers to determine what product should be stocked and Implement a S&OP and Demand forecast
  • Assist in developing of tools needed to effectively manage finished goods inventory
  • Generate reports that will ensure visibility of inventory to sales, marketing
  • Define measurements that will ensure acceptable KPI (DIH, %inventory of revenue, turnover ratios)
  • Monitor and adjust inventory levels as required (Fill rate, Redirect order, returns, etc)
  • Control the finish goods inventory cycle count of each Canadian location / inventory accuracy checks
  • Report periodically to management improvement program status
  • Control & Maintenance of Material Master MRP table (Lead time, Procurement type, Material & purchasing group, Etc.)
  • Participate in staff and/or customer meetings if required
  • May travel occasionally to each offices across Canada
