  • Inventory Management: Collaborates with Demand Planning to manage category inventory levels to target internal expectations and customer guidelines
  • Manages all new item management and communication. Works closely with Master Data and the customer to ensure item set up is accurate and complete to customer expectations
  • Deduction maintenance and reporting: Collaborates with CBL and SSA on ensuring deductions are handled in a timely manner and works with customer when needed to provide necessary backup for clearing. Completes reporting on checkbook reconciliation with the support of the CBL
