  • Business Process Owner: Supports CBLs with data to profitably drive Mondelez Internal business through select distributors
  • Market Demand Expert: Collaborates with CBLs, Indirect Retailer Teams and Demand Planning on forecasting. Improves forecasting accuracy and processes for revenue supplied by each distributor. They are the expert on re-written data reporting and team forecasting. They are responsible for command center and Indirect Retailer meeting preparation and reporting. They ensure accuracy of LE by updating C-Plan and TPM Customer Plans based on actual performance; targeting continuous improvement in forecasting and "revenue call"
  • Inventory Management: Collaborates with Demand Planning to manage category inventory levels to target internal expectations and customer guidelines
  • Manages all new item management and communication. Works closely with Master Data and the customer to ensure item set up is accurate and complete to customer expectations
