  • Receive and respond to employee and vendor inquiries (e-mail, phone, fax or in person), promoting to the appropriate HR generalists / specialists as necessary
  • Responsible for tracking and trending employee inquiries to resolution in accordance with HR service level agreement (SLAs)
  • Responsible for distribution of New Hire Packets to incoming hires, collection and review of completed forms, issuance of Company ID card, gathering and submission of fingerprints for AOA badging / CHRC requirements, and processing of USCIS I-9 E-Verify eligibility submissions
  • Assist existing employees in locating and completing various forms, accessing HRIS self-service functionality, replacing lost Company ID cards, ordering replacement Company nametags and other tasks as necessary
  • Bring HR services to employees in the field through “HR2U” visits at various work locations outside of the corporate headquarters
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Department
  • Solid understanding of new hire onboarding process
