Identify business outcomes and risks. Identifying motivators for cloud adoption and unlocking Enterprise challenges. Promote the EA process, outcomes and results to the organization, including the enterprise’s IT and business leaders
Analyzing application portfolios, identifying dependencies & common infrastructure platform components, and helping with assessing cloud migration feasibility
Work with other technology teams to analyze Cloud adoption risk implications, both Cyber and Operational Technology risks
Identify leading Cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, BPaaS) to provide guidance and make recommendations based on a capabilities assessment
Facilitating the Cloud consensus security assessments and validation of non-financial reporting controls
Develop decision frameworks. Oversee the documentation of all infrastructure architecture design and analysis work
May assist with or be responsible for application readiness to cloud platforms; may build proof of concept environments for assessment
Educate business and IT professionals. Communicate the value of the enterprise cloud & infrastructure strategy
