Thorough knowledge of how to operate a video camera and how to frame each shot, applying the technical aspects of light, lenses, film, filters, and camera settings
Strong motion graphics and title design expertise; higher level animation experience preferred
Thorough knowledge of Final Cut Pro/Compressor
Working knowledge of Creative Suite and/or other design software
Familiarity with production techniques and constraints for mobile media (iphone, ipad, android, blackberry devices)
Working knowledge of video file formats, technical specs and uploading best practices
Passionate about current trends and up to date with technologies, as well as knowledgeable about social networking and advertising technologies
Able to translate industry knowledge and effectively communicate to individuals of varying levels of technical understanding
Able to use existing Atria guidelines, with an eye toward evolving video trends and iterating them to create new video design and narrative translations
Strong ability to script, storyboard, and plan shot sequences
Experience working in a high pressure, fast paced, and deadline-oriented environment
