  • Manage/Maintain Technical Governance Systems. Manage and maintain information on Technical Governance applications and platforms, including resolution of system problems and identification of system enhancements
  • Establish Testing Protocol for User Acceptance. Establish testing protocol for user acceptance testing for technical governance systems
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing. Participate in user acceptance testing for technical governance systems enhancements and upgrades
  • Train/Support Department/Field on Computer/DB Usage. Train and support department or the field on computer or database usage (e.g., iTECH-Integrum, KORE-SharePoint)
  • Troubleshoot Department/Field Computer/DB Problems. Troubleshoot department and/or field computer and database problems/issues and work with Global IT as needed to resolve
  • Perform Data Conversion Activities. Perform data conversion activities including preparation, execution and validation of data to implement the solution
  • Perform Problem & Trend Analysis. Perform problem and trend analysis to identify and correct repetitive problems and increase overall system availability
  • Provide Support for Business Applications. Provide support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) for business applications or infrastructure to Company/Bottler associates or third parties in order to maintain their productivity level (including international and fourth level break/fix support)
  • Deliver or Support Training Delivery. Deliver or support training delivery to prepare the end-users to use the new solution
