Administer HR policies and programs in partnership with senior managers and other HR staff. Recommend policies, practices and programs to meet management and employee needs
Participate in customer communication and on-boarding
Assist in preparation and delivery of presentations for managers and employees on a variety of safety and HR-related topics
Provide coaching on employee-related issues such as triage for incidents/injuries, investigations and action planning for safety improvements
Maintain knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as state and federal labor laws
Assist HR Department on other assignments and/or special projects as requested

Occupational nursing or nurse case manager experience preferred
Nursing background/experience for medical triage and basic first aid associated with employee incidents/minor injuries
5+ years relevant experience with emphasis in workers compensation, safety or related discipline preferred
